Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for making a real difference in secondary education? We're looking for qualified HLTAs to join welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Wigan!

We want to hear from dedicated professionals who are:

• Qualified Teaching Assistants with a Level 4 HLTA status (or equivalent)

• Experienced in secondary school settings

• Confident in leading lessons, supporting teachers, and working with small groups or individuals

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to helping every student succeed

As a HLTA, you'll:

• Support teaching and learning across a variety of subjects

• Lead sessions with small groups or full classes when required

• Assist with planning, assessing and delivering tailored interventions

• Work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment

• Opportunities in a range of inclusive and high-achieving Wigan secondary schools
