RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent, well-established manufacturer based in Skelmersdale who are looking to add a Management Accountant to their small friendly team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this Management Accountant role is key in ensuring the delivery of the monthly accounts and finance reporting as well as supporting the other departments across the business with key financial information.

Acting as the number 2 for the finance department, duties include:

• Producing timely and accurate management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Month end reporting
• Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Supervising the delivery of accounts payable/receivable
• Assisting with audit process
• Preparation of monthly payroll - 100 employees approx.
• Providing financial information to non-financial managers
• Help identify areas of continuous improvement

This Management Accountant role is ideal for an experienced person who is used to producing monthly management accounts packs and helping to support more junior team.
