Core Job Duties:


Troubleshoot and respond to customer’s software inquiries. Resolve customer concerns with software installation, operation, application and compatibility matters.

Core Job Duties:

Installation and support of Imagenet connect and other software products remotely and on-site

Escalation of requirements to Imagenet connect team

Implementation of projects

First contact for the customer and the customer's employees

product demonstrations for customers and prospective customers locally and remotely


Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

3 years of experience in the field of EMR or similar products

Bachelor in Computer Science

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiar with DICOM, HL& , IHE and SQL

Strong troubleshooting skills

Spanish speaking preferred

Experience in the field of software applications (experience with the use of hospital and / or medical practice information or management systems would be ideal) is a plus


Role: Tech Support

Hours: 8 AM-6PM with possibility of overtime

Core Job Duties:

Provide professional assistance to clients in answering inquiries, and interpreting resource catalogs via telephone.

Manage the installation and training of products

Troubleshoot and repair products in house and at the customer’s site

Provide remote assistance via internet connection or phone

Provide technical and clinical support to customers, distributors and employees

Work under minimal supervision.

Complete issues escalated by support team (Open/track RMA's for repair.)

Complete repair/site visit reports

Basic knowledge of SQL ,LAN Networking and Microsoft office


Minimum Job Requirements:

Good written & verbal communication skills.

Must have follow up skills

Good organization skills. Must be able to multitask: quickly analyze and resolve specific problems

Negotiation, people, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to deal effectively with customers.

Basic knowledge of SQL ,LAN Networking and Microsoft office

Knowledge of medical device preventative maintenance and repair






Job Requirements:

Inbound Telephone Calls, Service Desk Tickets, Support Tickets, Ticketing System


Education & Experience:

Requires BS degree or AS in Biomedical Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to work flexible hours.

Spanish speaking a plus
