We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our growing and dynamic client based in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers via telephone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Providing professional and efficient support to resolve customer issues
Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
Accurately recording all customer interactions and outcomes 

The candidate

Previous experience in a customer service role
Confident in handling customer complaints with professionalism and care
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
