Looking for an outgoing and professional individual to assist with office and customer service duties in a casual and friendly office environment.
Office duties would include phones, data processing, filing, and bids. Customer service would include resolving customer issues via phone, email, or personal visit. Also reaching out to customers to verify account information and quality of service. Good interpersonal communication skills a must for customer service aspects of the job.
We work with Microsoft Office, Quick-books, Servicom, and Thunderbird email. Experience with these a plus, but not necessary. Knowledge of the service/HVAC-R industry a plus, but not necessary.
Position is full-time with benefits starting after the probationary period.
We are a service company specializing in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, electrical and food equipment. We have over 35 years experience in the industry both in service, installation, construction and preventative maintenance. We have been recognized for our ability in keeping maintenance costs down while maintaining quality and efficiency. We have offices and operate in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona and employ approximately 50 technicians.
