BMS Project Manager - Major Projects

The Role:

Lead and manage BMS Smart building & BMS Projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver the projects on time and within budget
Drive the integration of smart buildings and MSI Solutions into building systems
Provide technical leadership in system design, software configuration and commissioning
Monitor project progress

Requirements:

Proven experience managing BMS, Smart building or Building automation projects
In-depth knowledge of MSI Roles, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT) and naming conventions
Strong understanding of smart buildings & BMS Architectures
Excellent project management skills and ability to lead teams
Strong communication skills
