Using our cutting-edge VIAverse platform, you will work with senior clients to optimise asset decision-making, improve value realisation, and support long-term asset performance. This is a home-based role with regular travel to client sites and our head office.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the strategic development of asset management approaches within Estates Intelligence

* Provide senior advisory support to clients on asset strategy, maturity, and data governance

* Oversee the Reference Data Library design, governance, and assurance

* Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure asset data integrity and relevance

* Support business development through bid writing and industry engagement

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in asset management within estates or complex asset environments

* Knowledge of ISO 55000 and IAM standards

* Strong communication skills to translate complex asset concepts clearly

* Experience working with public-sector or regulated contracts
