Salary: £70,000 - £90,000

Due to growth, transformation, and upcoming regulatory changes in the sector, they are looking for a strategic and experienced Operations Director to lead, optimise and scale their delivery operations.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role during a transformational period. You'll shape the operational framework, drive team performance, and help position the organisation at the forefront of regulated skills and assessment delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Oversee and lead all aspects of operational delivery across assessment centres and remote services.

* Manage a team of 'Heads of' covering Assessment Delivery, Quality, and Client Services.

* Create and execute operational strategies aligned with the organisation's growth and compliance goals.

* Ensure readiness for regulatory change and excellence in delivery.

* Build scalable systems and processes that support national expansion.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven senior leadership experience within education, skills, EPA, AO, or ITP sectors.

* Strong understanding of operational excellence in regulated environments.

* Experience managing multi-functional teams, ideally across multiple locations.

* Demonstrable ability to drive innovation, manage change, and foster collaboration.

* Knowledge of apprenticeships and assessment models is highly desirable.
