Supervisor Role:

As a Supervisor , you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and maintaining the high standards customers expect. You'll lead by example, ensuring an elevated customer experience and a positive store culture.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service

Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management

Act as a role model for brand values and professional conduct

Previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion
