Year 6 Teacher - Ealing
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time, fixed term until July (two terms, with potential to extend)

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a modern, two-form entry primary school in Ealing, well connected by excellent transport links, and known for its friendly atmosphere and strong sense of community. The school is now seeking a confident, enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join the team from January.

This is a vibrant school with a positive, dynamic staff culture and well-resourced classrooms. Leaders are supportive, approachable and committed to staff wellbeing. With two classes per year group, teachers benefit from shared planning and strong peer working.

The Role

The school is looking for a teacher who can bring energy, warmth and consistency to a hard-working Year 6 cohort. The children respond brilliantly to a teacher who keeps them busy, engaged and motivated, while maintaining clear routines and high expectations.

As the Year 6 Teacher, you will:

Take full responsibility for a Year 6 class

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that prepare pupils confidently for the next stage of their learning

Demonstrate strong behaviour management with a calm, caring and enthusiastic approach

Plan collaboratively with the parallel Year 6 teacher to reduce workload and share expertise

Build positive relationships with pupils and families, modelling kindness, consistency and high aspirations

About You

The school would love to hear from teachers who:

Bring enthusiasm, creativity and resilience to their practice

Have Year 6 or upper KS2 experience (highly desirable)

Are confident behaviour managers who can keep learning purposeful and fast-paced

Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

Are committed to helping every pupil reach their potential

Applications from experienced teachers are welcomed, and confident ECTs with strong behaviour management will also be considered.
