We're Hiring! Teaching Assistant - SEMH School, Kilmington, Wiltshire

Are you an energetic, fun-loving individual who thrives outdoors and is passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

We are a specialist SEMH school nestled in the beautiful countryside of Kilmington, Wiltshire, and we're looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our committed and caring team.

About the Role:

Full-time position, starting ASAP until the end of the academic year

Supporting small groups of students with SEMH needs (typically 4-5 per group)

Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging, play-based and outdoor learning experiences

Building positive, trusting relationships to help students develop confidence and thrive

What We're Looking For:

Someone energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate

A genuine love for working outdoors and being hands-on

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH is essential

A team player who brings creativity, resilience and a great sense of humour

Location: Kilmington, Wiltshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, fixed term until end of academic year

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
