Job Title: Multiskilled Instrumentation Maintenance Technician - Electrically biased. (Shifts).
Location: North West England
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:

* Carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance.

* Fault-find and repair production and packaging equipment, including:

* Pneumatics

* Electrical systems

* Mechanical systems

* PLCs and inverter-driven equipment

* Identify improvement opportunities and help implement engineering solutions.

* Select and manage spare parts.

* Support site equipment and facility maintenance.

* Undertake electrical and mechanical installation work.

* Provide engineering expertise for ongoing projects.

* Keep accurate logbooks, worksheets and maintenance records.

* Report regularly to the Engineering Supervisor and Engineering Manager.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have completed an Advanced Apprenticeship in Mechatronics, Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, along with Level 3 Multiskilled qualifications in industrial electrical and mechanical engineering. You will also bring experience in maintaining and repairing high-speed food or pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery
