Site Manager - £40,000 - £45,000 & Package - North West

My client are a new build and fit out contractor that specialise in apartment blocks, they are actively looking to recruit for an experienced North West based Site Manager to control upcoming projects in 2021 and beyond.

You will be an experienced Site Manager that has controlled both large new build and fit out projects throughout your structured career history. You will have a minimum of five years' experience at Site Management level and come with excellent references.

Projects are located throughout the North West but are predominantly based Greater Manchester. Projects typically range in value from £5M - £20M with average project value circa £12M.  A clear career development path is offered to those who wish to progress into Project Management in the future.

You will be tasked with keeping the site on programme and maintaining the health and safety standards on site. You will conduct toolbox talks and inductions for those on site and lead client walk rounds on site during construction. You will require a collaborative approach to the job and work closely with the commercial team.

Interviews are available from the middle of January.
