Job Title: Graduate Assembly Specialist - Exciting Opportunity with a Growing E-Commerce Brand in the sporting goods industry

Location: Hartlebury, Kidderminster (Worcestershire)
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 + Performance Bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 17:00pm (some flexibility and occasional weekend work may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out hands-on product assembly to a high standard — this involves physical work with frame-based components.

* Ensure all builds meet quality expectations

* Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to keep things moving smoothly.

* Take responsibility for your area - Organisation, and ownership are key.
