We are currently recruiting for a Housing Services Assistant on behalf of a well-established housing organisation in Glasgow for a 6-month contract.This role will involve working closely with the Housing Officer to support the delivery of high-quality housing management services to tenants.Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting rent collection and managing low-level rent arrears
• Assisting with estate inspections and estate management issues
• Supporting tenancy sustainment and new tenant settling-in visits
• Assisting with allocations, tenancy sign-ups and accompanied viewings
• Liaising with internal teams and external agencies including local authorities and support services

We are keen to hear from candidates with:

• Experience in housing management, tenancy support or a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively
