Job Duties:

Provide support to individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities
Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
Encourage and promote independence and social inclusion
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Valid DBS check
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driver with access to a vechicle

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of safeguarding principles
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to provide emotional support and empathy

Preferred Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

Part-Time hours, may include evenings and weekends
Work primarily in residential care settings
Physical demands including lifting and assisting clients
