AI Delivery Lead - Insurance - Hybrid - London - Up to £90k

I am working with a client that partners with leading global brands to solve complex challenges and they are looking for a Senior AI Delivery Lead to help shape the future of AI within top Insurance organisations. You will design and deliver innovative, high-impact solutions while working alongside industry experts and accessing exceptional training and development.

You will work with:

• Working directly with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and shape AI solutions
• Leading end-to-end delivery across scoping, roadmap creation, timelines, budgets and execution
• Managing multi-disciplinary AI teams, data scientists, engineers, developers, analysts
• Steering business development activity, including client proposals and strategic opportunities
• Applying advances in AI, GenAI and data science to solve real industry problems
• Ensuring responsible AI, data governance and ethical guardrails are in place
• Presenting technical and non-technical updates to executives and client partners

• Strong Insurance industry experience with deep domain understanding
• Proven background delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale
• Strong technical awareness of AI & Generative AI
• End-to-end programme or project leadership experience
• Experience leading mixed technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to translate complex detail into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience within an agile delivery environment
