We are currently recruiting for a Leading and prestigious glass company due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Windowcentrer Supervisor for their Mildenhall site to start asap.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager

Permanent role

Hours will be Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm - 1-hour lunch.

Competitive salary offered.

Working within a small team the successful candidate will be responsible for 4-5 employees.

Purpose of the role

Develop and implement the agreed business strategy of the company. Prepare customer quotations as required, technically assess and process sales orders. Manage order status through to delivery and payment.

Deliver the results that equal or exceed the financial forecasts set for the Windowcenter. To develop a strong working relationship with the branch specific customer base.

Key responsibilities and duties

Achieve profit contributions in-line with the financial forecast.

Manage all accounts in line with customer and company expectations.

Ensure the company's full range of products are professionally displayed at all times.

Coordinate and resolve all customer care issues as required in line with the company guidelines and procedures.

To ensure that all scheduled work is inspected, stored, and despatched to the agreed quality standards.

Ensure the division operates within budgeted costs.

Professionally lead the Windowcenter team, ensure they are well trained, motivated and understand their duties and areas of responsibility.

Ensure that all prescribed PPE is worn by you, the team and anyone in your area, at all times.

Ensure your division is fully aware of procedures and standards and remains process compliant at all times.

Ensure strong communications exist through daily, weekly, and monthly briefings by all reports and at all levels of the operation.

Build “Quality Cost Deliveries Delight” objectives into your own work and ensure that all the teams are measuring and improving their QCDD performance through appropriate KPI's. It is a key measure of the success of this role that Continuous Improvement is demonstrable across the Windowcenter.

Ensure that all areas and vehicles are kept free of hazardous obstacles and clean so that staff are thereby enabled to provide quality service within a clean and safe working environment.

Ensure that the management of all staff is non-discriminatory and, that no members of staff are harassed or victimised contrary to the Company's policies, as laid down in its Staff Handbook.

Previous glass manufacturing experience desirable
