FMSS are seeking a hands-on, proactive Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations on a large industrial site in Dalry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor to take ownership of a busy site, ensuring high cleaning standards and excellent service delivery.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will:

Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across the site.

Lead, motivate, and support a team of cleaning operatives to achieve the highest standards.

Monitor and maintain site cleanliness to comply with client and industry standards.

*

Manage rotas, allocate workloads, and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Liaise with the client on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Conduct regular quality checks and complete necessary documentation.

*

Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.

About You

Previous supervisory experience in an industrial or commercial cleaning environment.

Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
