Blueprint Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an accomplished Senior Planner, experienced in working in a planning and project controls environment and a proven track record of achievement delivering complex infrastructure projects. Highly developed organisational/ team working skills through experience gained within various sectors including Rail and Building Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Focused on project execution, planning processes, and risk management
Work with Project Teams to ensure accurate progress is being recorded within each programme update.
For all assigned projects, ensure all planning and project control processes are implemented and undertake quality reviews of programmes ensuring the highest levels of integrity.
Maintain and analyse summary statistics to support accurate business reporting and audits.
Develop excellent working relationship with clients

Requirements:

Appreciation of health and safety requirements within the construction industry is essential, including CDM regulations and he constraints needed to ensure the safe delivery of works.
Advanced Excel skills are essential, particularly un analysing costs and units, developing S-curves, and conducting earned value analysis.
An excellent Working knowledge of Primavera P6 Scheduling software is required.
Level 5 / HND Qualification in MEP / Construction management or similar related field desirable.
Membership to Professional institution advantageous (APM, IET, CIOB, RICS, CIBSE)
