Hourly Rate: £21 to £30 (depending on stable employment history, relevant nursing home experience, clinical skills in elderly care, knowledge of CIW regulations, and leadership abilities)

Candidate Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN

*

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

*

At least 3 years recent experience in a nursing home environment within the UK

*

Strong commitment to the NMC code of practice

Ability to take responsibility for residents' overall well-being (physical, emotional, social)

*

Passion for promoting residents' independence, dignity, and respect

*

Experience leading, motivating, and mentoring care teams

*
