You will be part of a motivated and supportive team, working closely with senior management and playing a key role in shaping transport strategies and project outcomes. It is an excellent step for someone looking to progress their career within a growing business.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Preparing site appraisals
  • Feasibility studies and pre-application advice
  • Producing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
  • Undertaking traffic modelling and junction capacity assessments
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities and wider project teams
  • Attending meetings with stakeholders and representing the business professionally
  • Supporting the delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
  • Contributing to the ongoing growth and reputation of the business
What They’re Looking For
  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject
  • Experience within a transport planning consultancy environment
  • Strong experience preparing Transport Assessments and related reports
  • Experience with traffic modelling software such as Paramics, VISSIM or SATURN
  • Ability to manage client relationships and represent the business professionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated and solutions focused approach
  • Experience in highway design or Road Safety Audits desirable
  • Experience supporting large scale residential developments through the planning process desirable
