We are representing an established and growing print company seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our internal sales team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and has experience in customer service or sales support—ideally within the print or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales and account management teams

Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly

*

Maintain CRM systems and track sales activity

*

Follow up on sales leads and support the coordination of repeat business

*

Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency

*

Monitor stock levels and assist with procurement where necessary

*

Create and manage job sheets and production documentation

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sales administration, preferably within the print industry

*

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

*

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

*

Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

*

Familiarity with print terminology and processes (digital, litho, large format) is a plus

*

Experience with CRM or MIS systems (e.g. Tharstern, PrintIQ, or similar)

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
