Supply Chain Co-ordinator - 12 month Maternity Contract

Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs
Salary - £21,000-£22,000 DOE

Our client, an established and reputable company based in Kettering, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their expanding Operations team on a contract basis to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you will be working with established brands across all categories, supporting them with their growth journey and the challenges they face. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining effective communication with the customer on order fulfilment, including the processing of invoices and resolution of invoice queries
Receiving and processing orders, including EDI and manual orders and dealing with order fulfilment issues.
Manage communication with 3PLs, and report back to the clients on performance
Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, including raising credit notes where appropriate, carrying out periodic reporting as required by the client, and production of month-end stock reconciliation and adjustments reporting.Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain coordination similar role.
Strong understanding in the basic use of Microsoft Office and Excel in an Operations role.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills (equivalent to GCSE 5+ in English and Maths)
Experience of using a variety of accounting software, ideally QuickBooks, Sage and Xero.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
