Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping plant equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem‑solving, variety and working in a team that genuinely cares about continuous improvement, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Role:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment
* Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root‑cause mindset
* Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems
* Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projects
* Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site
* Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health & Safety at all times
Ideal Candidate:
* Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance
* Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
* Experience maintaining overhead cranes (advantageous)
* FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus)
* Knowledge of Siemens controls is highly desirable
