Description

As the Payroll Specialist you will:

Oversee the processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with national payroll policies and regulations
Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production
Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for payroll data
Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy
Generate reports for upper management, finance department, and auditors
Update payroll records by entering any changes to employee information
Develop strategies to improve the payroll processProfile

As the successful Payroll Specialist you should have:

Previously worked in a similar role and be able to carry out all of the above duties
Proficiency in payroll software
Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of payroll practices and legislation
