Aspen Court Nursing and Dementia Care Home is a modern, purpose built care home located on the peaceful northern outskirts of Taunton, Somerset. The home provides specialist Nursing, Dementia and Complex Care for up to 42 residents in a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.

- £12.50 to £13.50 per hour depending on qualifications
- 2 set days per week: Monday and Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30 minute unpaid break)
- Pension, Paid DBS, Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
The Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day to day running of the care home. You will often be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and professionals, helping create a welcoming and professional environment.
Working closely with the Home Manager, you will support the management team by overseeing administrative systems and ensuring records are accurate and up to date. This includes managing enquiries, supporting recruitment and payroll administration, maintaining team member records, and ensuring key documentation and compliance systems are organised and maintained.
You will also help coordinate tours for prospective residents and families, maintain the enquiry database, and support the wider team to ensure the home continues to operate efficiently while delivering high standards of care and service.

- Previous administrative experience within an office or care environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using databases and office systems
- Professional, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
