Are you an experienced Infrastructure Sub-Agent with a background in highways and civil infrastructure?

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams on site, and have a passion for delivering complex infrastructure packages to a high standard?

We're partnered with a leading UK developer, currently expanding their infrastructure division. They are now seeking a Infrastructure Sub-Agent to join the team on a high-profile, long-term project in the Milton Keynes area.

You'll play a key role in delivering a wide range of infrastructure works, supporting the delivery of multiple development phases as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting the Infrastructure Project Manager with the daily running of site operations

* Overseeing site activities to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to specification

* Preparing and reviewing RAMS, and leading site audits, toolbox talks, and H&S briefings

* Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and helping to keep the programme on track

* Maintaining accurate records, drawings, and QA documentation

* Acting as the link between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience delivering highways and infrastructure packages, including drainage, utilities, earthworks, and structures (including bridges)

* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and robust QA/HSE procedures

* Background working with a principal contractor or developer on major civil engineering projects

* A proactive problem-solver who can manage subcontractors and drive high performance on site

Infrastructure Sub Agent Qualifications:

Essential

* Civil Engineering degree or equivalent

* CSCS Card

* SSSTS (minimum)

Desirable

* SMSTS

* TWC

* SEATS

* Lifting AP or CEng/IEng
