About the RoleAs a Psychology graduate Cover Supervisor, you'll support students by maintaining a positive learning environment in the teacher's absence. Your understanding of behaviour, motivation, and cognitive development will help you manage classrooms effectively and contribute to student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep pupils engaged and on task with set work

• Encourage positive behaviour and respectful interaction

• Use your Psychology graduate insight to understand student challenges and behaviour patterns

Who We're Looking For:

• A Psychology graduate, or someone with a degree in Behavioural Science, Sociology, or a related field
