Finance Manager | Global Media & Entertainment | London | £65k + Bonus

Looking to make your first move out of practice into a genuinely exciting, globally recognised brand?

A leading international media and entertainment business is hiring a Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team, offering a rare blend of technical depth, global exposure, and commercial visibility.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Big 4 trained ACA looking to step into industry within a business known for its creativity, scale and global reach.

You will sit at the centre of statutory reporting and intercompany governance across a complex, multinational group. Working closely with senior finance leadership, Tax and Legal teams, you will gain exposure to how a global business operates behind the scenes, far beyond a standard reporting role.

Alongside core statutory work, you will be involved in transfer pricing, intercompany structures and cross-border transactions, giving you a strong foundation in technically complex, real-world finance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering statutory financial statements across multiple international entities (IFRS / UK GAAP)
  • Supporting transfer pricing compliance, including intercompany transactions, documentation and reconciliations
  • Partnering with Group Tax, Legal and Corporate Accounting teams on cross-border activities
  • Acting as a key contact for external audit, owning key deliverables and timelines
  • Supporting SOX compliance and strengthening the control environment
  • Contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives across the finance function
  • Gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across a global business

About You

  • ACA / ACCA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 or leading practice firm
  • Strong grounding in financial reporting and statutory accounts
  • Exposure to multinational clients and complex group structures
  • Interest in developing expertise in intercompany, transfer pricing or international finance
  • Commercially curious, with a desire to understand how businesses operate beyond audit
  • Strong communicator, confident working with stakeholders across different functions and regions
  • Ambitious and looking for a platform to accelerate your career in industry

Why Make the Move?

  • Step into a globally recognised, culturally influential business
  • Broader exposure than a typical first move role - real ownership and visibility
  • Opportunity to build expertise in international finance and complex group structures
  • Clear progression pathway within a dynamic, growing organisation
