👥 Inspire performance: Lead, motivate, and energise a team in a KPI-driven environment

🧠 Coach and develop: Conduct regular 1:1s, build tailored coaching plans, and support individual growth

👏 Recruit and onboard: Play a key role in attracting and integrating high-potential talent

📊 Drive results: Use performance data to inform strategy and improve team outcomes

🔧 Optimise processes: Spot inefficiencies and improve the customer journey

✅ Ensure compliance: Uphold FCA regulations and deliver clear reports to senior leadership
🔍 What we're looking for
*
✅ Experience as a sales manager or telesales team leader (ideally in a contact centre)
*
💪 Proven track record leading high-performing, target-driven teams
*
🌟 A motivational leadership style — lead by example, develop talent
*
📈 Data-driven decision-making skills
*
💻 Proficient with CRM platforms and Excel
*
🛡️ FCA-regulated experience preferred
*
✈️ Travel insurance knowledge is a bonus (not essential)
🕘 Working pattern
*
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-8:00pm (just one late shift per month)
*
Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm (one per month)
*
Sunday: 10:00am-5:00pm (one per month)
*
6-week flexible rota | 37.5 hours/week
