Your new companyWe're looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Plumber) to join an established maintenance team on a temporary or permanent basis. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to operate within a busy commercial estate.You will be reporting into an estates manager & foreman.Working hours: 8-4, Monday to Friday. (Occasional on-call and overtime also required)Own hand tools will be required but technical equipment provided.Your new roleYou will use your Mechanical Engineering skills to carry out proactive planned maintenance of ventilation, heating, cooling, water, medical gas, steam raising, and drainage systems.
