The Position - Team Teach Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a resilient and proactive Team Teach Teaching Assistant to support pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs across the primary setting. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement behaviour strategies, de-escalation techniques, and personalised support plans. The role will involve supporting pupils both in the classroom and during interventions, helping to create a safe and structured learning environment. A calm, confident, and consistent approach is essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils. Experience within SEN or behaviour-focused settings is highly desirable.
