About the Role:
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate and creative Art and Design Teacher to join a vibrant school in Doncaster from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students, develop their artistic skills, and foster a love of visual arts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective Art and Design lessons across KS3 and KS4 (or relevant year groups).

Plan and implement a creative curriculum that meets national standards.

Encourage students to explore various artistic techniques and mediums.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Support extra-curricular art activities and school events.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching Art and Design in a school setting.

Strong subject knowledge and a creative approach to teaching.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

A passion for inspiring young people through the arts.
