You'll work on a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, partner directly with major clients, and have a real say in how projects are delivered. Whether you're looking to step up into a more autonomous role or simply want to escape the red tape of a large corporate, this is a chance to join a collaborative consultancy where your ideas are valued, and your expertise makes a real impact.You will be delivering across a wide range of commercial buildings everything from office fit-outs to complex plant replacements and service charge disputes.Responsibilities include:
  • Design, specification, and project management of M&E refurbishments (up to £1M)
  • Maintenance contract audits and re-tendering
  • M&E condition surveys and dilapidations assessments
  • Reviewing service charge costs and lease obligations
  • Compliance advice (including MEES and EPCs)
  • Producing clear, client-facing reports and technical recommendations
The Person:
  • Experience in a consultancy in a similar role that offers commercial services
  • A degree or HNC in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering
  • Has design, specification and project management skills
  • Experience with audits, contracts, and statutory compliance
  • Good understanding of JCT contracts and lease structures – advantageous
