Location: Delamere Street, CW1 2JZ

Contract Duration: 4+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £36.14 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team within the social and healthcare sector.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Coordinate with Cheshire East Council to achieve team goals.

Oversee team performance and provide necessary guidance.

Handle administrative tasks related to team management.

Person Specifications

Must Have

3 years of post-qualifying experience in social work.

Social Work England registration and registered name.

Enhanced DBS check, issued or updated in the last 2 weeks.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Two practice-based references.

In-person interview availability.

Nice to Have

Experience working with Cheshire East Council.

Familiarity with Cheshire East Supplier Compliance Crib Sheet.
