About the Role:

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to deliver targeted boosters and interventions, ensuring they excel academically and build confidence in their learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.

• Assisting with classroom activities and creating a positive learning environment.

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them overcome barriers to learning.

• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to implement effective strategies for pupil development.

The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

• Has experience supporting Key Stage 2 pupils, particularly in boosters and interventions.

• Is passionate about education and committed to helping children succeed.

• Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

• Has experience working with children with SEN or is eager to develop these skills.

• Holds a relevant qualification or has prior experience in a similar role.
