As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the month-end close, reporting, and financial controls. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a crucial role in shaping processes, improving reporting, and influencing key financial decisions at a strategic level.

The Role
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, supporting schedules)
- Deliver detailed KPI and performance analysis, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities
- Drive cost control, margin analysis, and business partnering across key departments
- Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit preparation
- Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Collaborate on the implementation of a new global ERP system
- Contribute to strategic finance projects and planning activities
The Person
- Qualified or finalist (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Strong technical background
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage
- Background in accounting or audit is beneficial
