SEN Teaching Assistant - Bristol

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive special school in Bristol. You'll work with pupils aged 3-19 with complex needs, Autism, and challenging behaviours, helping them learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Assist with personalised learning plans
• Use positive behaviour strategies
• Support personal care when needed

Requirements:

• Experience with SEN (desirable)
• Patient, resilient, and inclusive approach
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

What's on Offer:

• Term-time only, permanent roles (30 or 32.5 hrs/week)
• £90-£95 per day, dependent on experience
• Induction, training, and strong team support
