Commercial Electrician - Birmingham
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Role Overview:
We are recruiting a skilled Commercial Electrician to join a busy team. You will perform electrical maintenance, install fire detection and alarm systems, and carry out work across commercial properties within the midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades across commercial properties.

* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently.

* Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) where required (experience advantageous).

* Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and maintenance work.

* Follow all health and safety procedures.

* Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships.

Requirements:

* Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds #removed#, Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).

* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

* Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

* Full UK driving licence and willing to travel within a 70-mile radius of Birmingham.

* Experience with fire detection and alarm systems is advantageous.
