Are you an ambitious recruiter ready to take ownership of your desk and drive success in your own patch? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Letchworth team, specialising in industrial recruitment - both temporary and permanent placements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by building long-term client relationships and delivering results. If you want to run a business within a business, we'll give you the platform and backing to make it happen.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and growing a warm desk across the industrial sector

Placing temporary and permanent staff into a range of industrial roles

Developing new business through proactive sales and networking

Delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates

Working collaboratively with a driven and supportive team

What We're Looking For:

Previous B2B experience (ideally within the industrial sector)

Confident with both temps and perms - or willing to learn

Proactive, self-motivated and commercially minded

Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills

Someone who treats their desk like their own business
