Leaders in Care UK has an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Registered Nurse role is based in Hounslow and offers a pay rate of £22.30 - £25.70 per hour and excellent benefits.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for the running of a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions.

If you were already in this Registered Nurse role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

Coordinating the day-to-day running of your care area, providing personal care to residents, guidance and guidance to the care team
Managing monthly routine medication and supervising the team when delivering this, responding to any and all emergencies
Developing a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in any decisions about their care and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Acting as a role model for all staff and a mentor to the care services team
To apply for this Registered Nurse role, you will need relevant nursing qualifications (RGN) and a minimum of six months of experience. You will also require the following:

At least six months of post-registration experience in a similar role
The ability to work as part of a team and communicate with residents calmly and collaboratively
