We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Marshal / Site Supervisor to join a leading regional contractor on a flagship new build development in Old Trafford, Manchester.

This is a short-term opportunity on a high-profile project, working out of hours to ensure site safety and compliance during non-operational periods.

Working Hours:

Typical shifts: 5:00pm - 7:00am

*

Weekend work available

*

Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

*

Acting as the designated Fire Marshal during out-of-hours operations

*

Conducting regular fire safety inspections and patrols

*

Monitoring hot works and other high-risk activities

*

Ensuring fire points, alarms, extinguishers, and escape routes remain compliant

*

Providing general site supervision and security oversight

*

Enforcing health & safety regulations and site rules

*

Managing emergency procedures and coordinating evacuations if required

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS Card

*

Accredited Fire Marshal certification

*

Previous experience in a Fire Marshal and/or supervisory role on construction sites

*

Strong understanding of construction H&S legislation

*

Reliable, vigilant, and confident working night shifts
