Blayze Group are delighted to be assisting a reputable and well-established property developer in their search for a Technical Manager in the London area. The successful candidate will have excellent residential experience. The role will have a heavy focus on the following packages; Concrete, M&E, Drylining.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Deliver all aspects of technical management function
Monitor all technical statutory obligations
Chair/lead design & technical team meetings
Provide reports on all technical matters at monthly project meetings
