Retail Sales Assistant, Museum, West London, Part time, Temporary, £13.85 per hour plus holiday pay

Well known Museum in West London regularly needs capable and flexible retail sales assistants. Shifts can be week days and weekends and full day shifts are available as well as part days. You will have first class communication skills and be a highly skilled sales person! This role will suit you if you love working in face to face customer service, have a responsible approach plus are good at working in a team. If you have worked in a museum retail environment or high end retail that would be an advantage.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide high standards of service and focus on selling
• Provide a welcoming demeanour to customers with the ability to build rapport with prestigious clients
• Help to create and maintain retail visual merchandising standard
• Promote and represent the brand at all times
• Maximise sales through excellent product knowledge
• Operate the tills in a secure and efficient manner, ensuring secure cash handling at all time
• Ensure that stock is regularly replenished

Key skills and experience required

• Demonstrable retail experience
• Aptitude and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, creating and maintaining a strong customer service culture
• Very well presented
