An experienced Site Manager is required for an upcoming short-term project at a live school site in Nottingham, overseeing asbestos removal works during out-of-hours operations. This is a key role focused on supervision, safety compliance, and maintaining accurate site records.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise evening asbestos removal works carried out by subcontractors

Ensure site safety, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations

Maintain a clear and up-to-date site diary

Act as the main point of contact during evening shifts

Coordinate with the day team for smooth project continuity

Requirements:

Ability to manage work independently during night shifts
