A fast-growing corporate services organisation is seeking a Finance Manager to join its established London-based finance team. Operating across a broad range of business support services, the organisation plays a key role in helping businesses grow and operate efficiently.

This is a pivotal hire within the finance function, supporting ongoing growth and strengthening core financial operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, expenses, and spend management
• Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls
• Supporting the preparation and audit of annual statutory accounts in line with FRS102, including consolidated accounts
• Managing cash reporting and rolling cash flow forecasting
• Monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear insights to senior stakeholders
• Partnering with business leaders to support budget ownership and financial understanding
• Ensuring compliance with UK tax requirements, including VAT, corporation tax, and payroll taxes
• Reviewing and recommending scalable finance systems and processes
• Driving continuous improvements in finance operations and reporting

Role Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 2-3 years' post-qualification experience
• Experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a growing SME, scale-up, or audit environment
• Strong end-to-end experience preparing management accounts
• Solid working knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and statutory reporting
• Experience supporting audits and handling tax filings
• Experience using modern cloud-based finance systems (e.g. Xero or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, analytical mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
