Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Degree in English or a related subject.

* Proven experience teaching English at secondary level.

* Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated leadership potential (for TLR consideration)
