A growing national training provider whose aim is to become the provider of is currently seeking a highly skilled individual who has experience of working in a Delivery Manager role within the apprenticeship and financial services sector. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the proven capability of taking the initiative and bringing new ideas. The right applicant will have a positive, can-do attitude, detail focused approach and be able to work collaboratively with the apprenticeship team members, ensuring a
first-class service is delivered to all stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships and Quality and Compliance Manager and will help support a team of Mentors and Trainers. We do require the candidate to either have experience as a delivery manager within the sector or be looking at this as a step-up role.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Mentors, Trainers and Quality and Compliance Manager, to manage, review and improve quality processes, for the delivery of work-based learning, ensuring excellent quality is maintained throughout the business.
• To manage the effective delivery of apprenticeship provision.
• To monitor and manage timely success rates across all provision including ILR and Data Management.
• Support the Head of Apprenticeships and Quality and Compliance Manager on all quality inspections from external agencies (Ofsted / Awarding Bodies etc.) and ensure that all staff involved are prepared.
• Rigorous monitoring and reviewing outcomes to ensure timely, successful completion across apprenticeship provision.
• Work in partnership with the delivery staff to ensure effective, timely development and
delivery of the apprenticeship programmes.
• Overall Management responsibility for delivery and Administration functions providing
ongoing support and guidance through observation, appraisal, supervision, staff
development and performance management.
• Ensure that staff within the business are kept up to date with internal and external issues, and lead regular team briefings and feedback sessions.
• Support the Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure that all programmes meet
regulatory standards.

• Support the Head of Apprenticeships and Quality and Compliance Manager to make sure self-assessment reports are completed efficiently, and improvements are implemented by all staff.
• Responsible for having a detailed understanding of funding rules and awarding bodies.
• Responsible for leading, managing, motivating and developing a team of staff through
excellent people management practices to achieve objectives.
• Ensure all paperwork and e-portfolios are up to date in line with the esfa's evidence pack, including signatures and dates.
• Keep the apprenticeship team up to date with changes in compliance requirements and ensure that we are aware of how this may impact the day-to-day roles when using BUD.
• Supporting the Head of Apprenticeships and Quality and Compliance Manager in data
analysis, auditing and producing reports
• Working with the Head of Apprenticeships and HR to ensure DBS checks and safer
recruitment requirements and records are maintained.

Essential requirements:
• Hold sound knowledge of ESFA funding rules and Ofsted EIF.
• Have previous experience within a supervisory role in Apprenticeships.
• Be a strong communicator with excellent IT skills.
• An excellent understanding of training and development in a work-based context.
• Successful experience of working with employers.
• Proven management experience in a work-based learning environment.
• Demonstrable experience of partnership working with a range of organisations.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and adhere to CPD requirements.
• Experience working remotely

Qualifications

* Maths and English GCSEs

* Hold a recognised Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).

* Hold a recognised Internal Verifier Award

* Financial Services Qualifications
