The Role

In this Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal role, you will provide day-to-day support on a busy residential conveyancing caseload, working closely with an experienced conveyancer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting on all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions

• Completing standard forms, including Land Registry and SDLT forms

• Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents and correspondence

• Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties

• Providing high-quality administrative and legal support throughout the transaction process

About You

To be considered for this Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal position, you will:

• Have at least 12 months' experience in a conveyancing role

• Possess excellent communication and people skills

• Be client-focused and willing to go the extra mile

• Be comfortable working in an office-based role

• Thrive in a friendly, collaborative and supportive team environment
